All CertaPeptides products exceed 99% purity as verified by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Each batch undergoes rigorous analytical testing before release. Our quality control process includes identity confirmation via mass spectrometry and purity assessment via reverse-phase HPLC.
Yes. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every product. COAs include HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry confirmation, appearance, and peptide content. Request your COA via email at quality@certapeptides.com with your order number, or download directly from your order confirmation page.
Use bacteriostatic water (BAC water) for reconstitution. Gently inject the solvent along the inside wall of the vial — do not spray directly onto the peptide cake. Allow the peptide to dissolve naturally without shaking or vortexing. Most peptides dissolve within 1–3 minutes. Our Peptide Mixing Kit includes everything needed for proper reconstitution.
Lyophilized (unreconstituted): Store at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C (refrigerator) for up to 6 months. Keep in original sealed vials away from light and moisture.
Reconstituted: Store at 2–8°C (refrigerator) and use within 30 days. Do not freeze reconstituted solutions. Aliquoting into single-use portions is recommended for sensitive experiments.
When reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and stored at 2–8°C, most peptides maintain stability for approximately 30 days. Stability varies by peptide — BPC-157 and TB-500 are relatively stable, while some peptides may degrade faster. For maximum shelf life, reconstitute only the amount needed for immediate use.
We use two primary analytical methods: HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) for purity quantification — measuring the percentage of target peptide vs impurities — and Mass Spectrometry (MS) for molecular identity confirmation, verifying the correct amino acid sequence and molecular weight. Yes. We ship from our EU warehouse to all European Union member states and select non-EU European countries. Typical delivery times are 2–5 business days within the EU. Free priority shipping is available on orders over €75. All shipments include tracking and temperature-appropriate packaging.
We currently accept SEPA Bank Transfer (instant bank-to-bank payments across 24 EU countries) as our primary payment method. This gives you fast, secure transactions with zero chargebacks and lower fees. We are actively working on adding credit/debit card payments and additional options. Institutional customers may also pay via purchase order (see our Institutions section above).
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all products. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at support@certapeptides.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
